No fewer than 101 alleged irregular migrants were on Tuesday apprehended and arrested by the Lagos State Command of the Nigeria Immigration Service.
Those arrested were found around the Lekki-Ajah expressway and its environs, said PRO of the command, Jide Ogungbe.
According to him, “the success of the raid was due to intelligence gathering and the support it got from men of the Police Force”.
The command called on residents to give useful information that will help rid the state of illegal migrants.
