ANLCA presidential aspirants to pay N.6m for form

Anyone seeking to contest election as National President of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) will have to cough out N600,000 to obtain nomination form, according to the association’s electoral commission (ASECO).

With barely a week to the much anticipated National Executive Committee (NECOM) of the oldest association of licensed customs agents, a screning exercise of candidates for the various positions has been scheduled to hold this Thursday and Friday in Lagos. The election proper will hold on Monday next week, according to the ASECO Chairman, Alhaji Abdulazeez Babatunde.

The cost of obtaining nomination forms for other positions are N500,000 for Vice President and N400,000 for other intending national officers while intending Zonal Coordinators and Zonal Secretaries are expected to pay N300,000 for nominations forms
