AREFFN targets North

The Association of Registered Freight Forwarders, Nigeria (AREFFN) has said that it would, this year, establish a strong presence in the northern part of the country.
President of the association, Dr Frank Ukor, disclosed this during the inauguration ceremony of the association’s Lilypond Chapter lrecently.

According to Ukor, the association will make an incursion into the northern border towns as it has already opened an office in Kano for the airport from where it intends to access the border towns.
He also said that in tandem with the requirement of the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding (CRFFN) that all its member associations should be widespread, the association has been able to establish its chapters at almost all the airports and land borders in the western and eastern zones.
