The Presidency has said that President Muhammadu Buhari will sign the 2018 Appropriation Bill into law on Wednesday.
The Presidency in a statement on Tuesday by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, said the budget would be signed at noon.
Adesina also stated that the Federal Executive Council meeting would not hold on Wednesday.
This, according to him, is “due to the Eid-el-Fitr holidays last Friday and yesterday, which affected preparation of Council memoranda.”
The National Assembly had passed the 2018 budget estimates on May 16, six months after it was presented by Buhari.
