A 2015 Infinity SUV and a Toyota Prado were two of the three luxury cars towed away from the Apapa office of Capt. Niyi Labinjo, the embattled President of Nigerian Shipowners’ Association (NISA) on Wednesday by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as part of investigation into an alleged $6.5m vessel purchase scandal.
