The House of Representatives says that it will suspend plenary from Thursday, November 30.
The Deputy Speaker of the House, Yussuff Lasun, made the announcement while presiding over plenary on Tuesday.
Lasun said this is to allow members proceed on oversight assessment of the 2017 budget and hold defence sessions for the 2018 budget.
He said the suspension will last for three weeks.
