The Apapa traffic gridlock took a menacing turn yesterday as it extended all the way from Wharf to Ijora and Eko bridge in Lagos. Many workers could not get to their offices in Apapa yesterday as the gridlock hampered movements and paralysed commercial activities in and around the port city.
