Nigeria’s Alternate Permanent Representative (APR) to the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), Capt. Ibrahim Olugbade is still very much in service. Reference to him as Nigeria’s immediate past Alternate Permanent Representative in a Periscope article this week was done in error.
