The Federal Executive Council (FEC) presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday approved the 2017 Appropriation Bill.
With the approval, all is now set for Buhari to present the document to the National Assembly.
The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udo Udoma, disclosed this to State House correspondents at the end of the meeting that lasted about six hours.
Udoma however said it would be at the discretion of the National Assembly to decide when Buhari would present the document to them after he would have communicated his desire to do so to the federal lawmakers.
