Nigeria hopes crude oil prices will stabilize in a range around 42 to 50 dollars a barrel, Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun said on Friday in London.
“The oil price now looks stable and that is a good thing – oil prices that are too low are a problem, but equally oil prices that are too high for us are equally a problem,” Adeosun said.
“Stability around the $42 to $50 mark is good for us.”
