Former Comptroller-General of Customs, Hamman Kojoli, is dead

 

A former Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Hamman Kojoli, is dead.
Family sources said Kojoli died at the age of 73 after a protracted undisclosed illness.

“We are currently on the way to the National Mosque in Abuja for the funeral prayers,” his brother, Dr Umar Kojoli said while confirming the development.

Born on January 3, 1949, Kojoli served as the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service from 2008 to 2009 under late President Umaru Yar’Adua.
