Lagos approves bursary for indigenes studying in MAN, Oron

 

The Lagos State Government has granted approval for bursary payment to students of the state studying at the Maritime Academy of Nigeria (MAN) Oron.

This is contained in a statement by the State Scholarship Board, which announced that Gov Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) had approved the payment of bursary to indigenes of the State who are studying at the Maritime Academy, Oron, Akwa Ibom State.

According to the statement, which was signed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Board, Mr. Awobadejo Adesesan, all concerned students are expected to go to the Lagos State Scholarship Board Office at No. 254, Ipaja Road, beside the National Youth Service Corps Orientation Camp, Agege, between 10am to 3pm daily with their relevant documents.

The board however warned that the beneficiaries to turn up for the collection as all complaints would not be entertained after 4 months, beginning from the commencement date of the announcement.

According to the statement, bursary for indigenes of the state studying at  the Nigerian Law school had also been approved by the governor.
