A 32-year-old man, Ganiyu Abdulmumeen Owolabi, who allegedly damaged three trailer tyres, appeared before an Apapa Magistrates’ Court, Lagos on Wednesday.
The prosecutor told the court that the accused unlawfully damaged three trailer tyres valued at about N550,000 property of Harlink Investment Limited.
The prosecutor said the offence contravened Section 348 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The defendant pleaded guilty to the one-count charge against him.
The Magistrate, T.A Babalola, adjourned the case till January 11, 2017 for fact and sentence.
