Master Mariners elect new exco

Members of the Nigerian Association Of Master Mariners (NAMMA) have elected new executives to run the affairs of the association.
The new NAMM executives that emerged at the elections, which held at the Command Guest House, Apapa, Lagos, last Saturday, include: Capt. Adegboye Olopoeniyan,President; Capt. Joseph Awodeha, First Vice President; Capt. Jide Olugunwa, Second Vice President; Capt. Femi Oyewole, General Secretary; and Capt. Niyi Adedoku, Assistant General Secretary.
Others are Capt. Justin Eshiet, Publicity Secretary; Capt. Owolabi Alawo, Financal Secretary; Capt. Onyenenim Iwebuke, Treasurer; and Captain Adejimi Adun, as ex-officio member.
The new executives are to pilot the affairs of the association for the next three years.
In his valedictory speech, outgoing NAMM President said that he leaves the appraisal of his tenure to history and to members to score.
