MWUN calls off strike at Apapa port

MWUN commends terminal operators over dockworkers’ welfare

Port operations have resumed fully at APM Terminals in the Lagos Port Complex Apapa after the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) called off its two days strike.

MWUN President General, MWUN, Com. Adewale Adeyanju, said the issues that led to the strike have been resolved.

He said APM Terminals Apapa and the union have resolved issues on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), asking workers to resume operational activities at the terminal immediately.
