Nigerians bicker on twitter over who takes credit for Abuja-Kaduna railway

President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday commissioned the Abuja-Kaduna railway project conceptualised by the administration of former president Olusegun Obasanjo but started by the administration of Goodluck Jonathan.

Bihari promised to strictly implement the 25-year strategic vision for Nigerian railways.
