PAPC trains operatives on weapon handling

The Ports Authority Police Command of the Nigeria Police Force is making moves to promote better handling of weapons by its personnel to check incidences of “accidental discharge”.
The Command is at present conducting a training exercise on weapon handling and safety for the personnel of its armoury unit.
The training programme commenced last month in the Western Ports Area of the PAPC. Already trained are personnel in the Phase 1, Phase 2, Tin Can, RoRo and Apapa divisions of the area command.
