One of several empowerment platforms created by INTELS is known as the Women Empowerment Programme Scheme Synergy (WEPSS). WEPSS is a multi-billion naira, fully equipped training facility located in the Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone where hundreds of women are trained daily in fashion design and sewing by world-class facilitators free of charge.
