The Seme Area Command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) said it impounded a total of 76 seizures with a Duty Paid Value of over N18m in the month of August.
The command said it also collected total revenue of N781.8million in the same month.
Public Relations Officer of the command, Ernest Ollotah, said in a statement sent to SHIPS& PORTS DAILY that the seized items included rice, vehicles, narcotics and frozen poultry products among others.
