Swiber granted more time to file Q2 results

Struggling Singapore offshore group Swiber Holdings has been granted extra time to file its second quarter results by the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

Swiber said in a statement on the SGX that its application for an extension filed on 12 August had been granted.

Swiber is under interim judicial management after withdrawing a winding up application.

“The IJMs (interim judicial managers) need time to review the financial affairs of the group and have been working with management in the review of key matters including the status of the group’s projects, cashflow positions of the group and litigation matters,” Swiber said.
