Truck operators under the aegis of the Association of Maritime Truck Owners (AMATO) have pulled out of the strike embarked upon by clearing agents at the Lagos Port Complex (LPC), Apapa.
Chairman of AMATO, Chief Remi Ogungbemi told SHIPS & PORTS DAILY this evening: “If any agent gives us TDO now, we’re ready to work. We have had enough of the strike and our members are returning to work immediately.”
NAGAFF had earlier said that it will also pull out of the strike.
