UK: Nigeria sells maritime investment opportunities at Sept 9 confab

On the first day of the upcoming London International Shipping Week, the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), supported by Maritime London and UKTI, is holding a conference on the opportunities for foreign investment in the Nigerian maritime industry, particularly in the provision of technology, business and transportation services.
Speakers include the Director-General of NIMASA, Mr. Patrick Akpobolokemi; Director of Trade for UKTI Nigeria, Mr. Mike Purves; Chief Executive of Maritime London, Mr. Doug Barrow; Marine Director of RTI, Mr. Steve Cameron; and Managing Director of Braemar Howells, Mr. Simon Rickaby.
Taking place at The Goldsmiths’ Centre, 42 Britton Street between 14.00 and 16.00, on September 9, 2013, the event, according to organisers, is free and open to all.
