Several residents of Apapa and port users on Monday expressed outrage as some cows roamed freely on major port access roads including the busy Point Road and Wharf Road.
“This is strange, terrible and dangerous,” a port user told SHIPS & PORTS.
The concerned stakeholders called on the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and the Lagos State Government to seize the cows and arrest the owners, and ensure that such incident does not repeat itself.
