A woman collapsed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos on Sunday afternoon while she was being screened by the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS).
Eyewitnesses told SHIPS & PORTS that the 68-year-old woman, who had traveled from the United States of America en route Abidjan, Ivory Coast to Lagos, collapsed at the Customs screening point while re-arranging her luggage after inspection.
Officials of the Port Health Services (PHS) stationed at the airport quickly came to her rescue and revived her.
