The third in the series of the bi-monthly stakeholders enlightenment programme of the Lagos Port Complex Apapa was held for truck drivers and motor boys on August 29, 2017. It was the first time the so-called bottom rung would be so engaged. The turn out at the event, held at the new waiting area acquired for the truckers on Creek Road Apapa, was impressive. The interactive programme focused on implementation of the Federal Government’s Executive Order on 24-hour port operation.
