PHOTOS: NPA begins payment of retired dockworkers benefits 

Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said it has commenced the payment of benefits to disengaged dockworkers that were retired as tally clerks and onboard security in 2015.

The payment, which commenced on Monday, is taking place at the NPA Sports Ground, Surulere, Lagos.
