A motor boy was badly injured after a truck ran over him inside the Lagos Port Complex Apapa on Monday.
The yet-to-be-identified motor boy was standing in front of his parked truck on the port access road when a petroleum product tanker ran into it from behind, causing it to surge forward and knock down the motor boy.
It took the intervention of security officials attached to the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) to rescue the unconscious motor boy from under the truck.
He was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment.
