Wasiu Sanni heads Senate Committee on Marine Transport 

The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio on Monday announced the composition and leaderships of 74 Standing Committees of the 10th Senate to carry out its oversight functions.

Akpabio named Senator Wasiu Eshilokun Sanni of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) representing Lagos Central as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Marine Transport, former Kebbi State Governor, Senator Adamu Aliero as Chairman of the Committee on Land Transport, former Ogun State Governor Olugbenga Daniel as Chairman of the Committee on Navy and Senator Isa Jubril as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Customs.

The standing committees and their respective chairmen as announced by Akpabio are as follows:
