Many Nigerians took to social media platforms on Wednesday to lambast a newly promoted Customs officer who appeared awkward and poorly composed after he was decorated with his new rank.
Some of those who made comments said the officer, who was decorated with the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Customs, looked “confused”, “incompetent and unintelligent” while others said “he was not properly trained”.
SHIPS & PORTS could not verify the name of the officer or the Customs Command where the decoration took place.
